My Story.
 My Mission.

I grew up always loving sport and using it as an outlet, it was not until I was 19 that I realised the huge list of other benefits it gave me mentally- I’ve since used fitness as the bedrock for everything I do in life,it’s provided me with confidence, patience, resilience, complete power and belief in my abilities and un waivering resilience to pressure.
I wanted other people to feel this, so I got myself involved in this industry, to be able to get face to face and help as many people as I could. This was of course all backed up by my complete love of training, the constant persuit of finding better ways to move, lift, run, eat, breathe… live! I was my own Guinea pig – what’s the best way to squat, to run, to press, to jump, to recover. And what actually works and what doesn’t.

The fitness industry is so confusing, with the plethora of conflicting information that it’s difficult to see the wood from the trees.

In reality it’s quite simple in its foundation, and that’s where I like to start, to explain to you the simple structure and practices that work and that you can start at any time, or stage in your life to achieve your goal. And any goal needs the correct program. Upon choosing your goal there are three steps that will determine how successful you are . . .
